Event & Workshop Bookings:
- Cancellation by Participant: If you are unable to attend an event or workshop you’ve registered for, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the event date. In such cases, you will be eligible for a full refund, minus any processing fees.
- Late Cancellations: Refund requests made within 7 days of the event date may not be eligible for a refund. However, you may request to transfer your registration to a future event or nominate someone else in your place.
- No-Show Policy: Refunds will not be provided for no-shows (i.e., if you do not attend the event and fail to notify us in advance).
Digital Products (if applicable):
- All sales of downloadable or digital content (e.g., eBooks, recordings, templates) are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered unless there is a technical issue that prevents access or usage.
Cancellation by Us:
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule an event or workshop, you will have the option to either:
- Receive a full refund, or
- Transfer your registration to the rescheduled date or a future event.
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund request, please contact us at lokesh@lokeshnathany.com with your name, transaction details, and the reason for the refund. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
Processing Time:
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
